And this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH VOICE OR SINGING. What a relief. Haha.
Well, except since it’s vegan, there is nothing to clog your voice, no eggs, no wheat, and if you want, no sugar.
— Today, all of a sudden I needed a cookie. I had a certain feeling of a taste in my tummy, mouth, and whole existence.
As always, I just followed that, and threw together the ingredients that approximated this feeling of a taste.
I just went by my intuition.

WARNING: The dough is devastatingly yummy. Don’t ask how I know. 😉

Vegetarian/vegan* RECIPE:
Organic Ingredients, vegetarian, or vegan (*if you choose coconut oil instead of butter).
No measurements are given. The ingredients are just listed in order of decreasing amounts.
Just throw everything into a bowl. Go by your gut feeling. Can’t really go wrong:
White Spelt Flour
Quick Oats
Ezekiel Almond Cereal
Raisins
Peeled, Finely Chopped Ginger Root
Dark Chocolate, finely chopped (Schogetten or Chocolove, or any other on sale)
Maple Syrup
Butter or Coconut oil
Small amount of sugar (optional)
Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Cashew Milk (very little, just to stick everything together, instead of eggs)
Ground Cinnamon
Ground Ginger
Ground Cardamom
Stevia
Baking Soda
Himalayan Salt
Combine by kneading, then pinch off little bits and place onto trays lined with parchment. Bake in 355 degree oven for 13 minutes. Yumm! 😉
